2. No warranty on listings

Listings are compiled from public sources and submissions and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. A listing is not an endorsement. Please confirm details directly with the organization before you rely on them. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, benefits, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or any listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

4. User submissions

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and compilation of listings belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims arising out of your submissions or your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the update. We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
