Disability Rights California published a June 15, 2026 guide on IHSS denials, hour cuts, and terminations. It says you can ask for a state hearing by phone, online, or mail, and it explains aid paid pending. DRC says the guide is legal information, not legal advice about your case.
Next step
Read the DRC guide, then call the State Hearings number it prints, 1-800-743-8525, if you need to ask for a hearing.
